We make the connections for hosting every first of the month. This is due to our own billing cycle with all of our vendors which is scheduled for the first of each month. In particular, electricity rates can vary significantly for us if electricity is not used efficiently during a billing cycle, which is why it is important that our consumption remains stable throughout the period. If your machine is still not connected after the first of the month following your purchase, contact support. This is then an anomaly in our service.
